You cannot register. BPM Wizard is delivered as is, with no limitation but with advertisements.

Can I use BPM Wizard on a program digital sound output (like winamp) ?

It depends. Full duplex sound cards can do this ( They can record their sound output). You will see that in the Windows sound mixer in the recording settings, if you have a loopback device (it might not be called loopback though...).

Your sound mixer might not be configured properly. Go back to the documentation page 'Setting the Windows sound mixer'.
