I was a registered user before! I've lost the registered features with the freeware version.
We didn't stop supporting old registered DJ Mix Lite customers.
It is not public but there is a way to enter license and restore the
registered features in the latest version :
In a dos window, cd to the "dj mix lite" folder and start it with a
special option :
cd c:\
cd program files
cd dj mix lite
djmixlite --register
This will restore the enter license menu item. Just copy/paste your old
license and the program will behave as before..

Sorry, but this feature is in registered DJ Mix Pro only.
What is different in DJ Mix Pro ?
A large number of features are present in DJ Mix Pro. Check the user guide to see them all.
With DJ Mix Pro you get more, and the more is really what makes the difference in live DJing.
DJ Mix Lite only has one sound output.
DJ Mix Lite is more a DJ player than a DJ Mixer.
DJ Mix Lite cannot play wma files.
DJ Mix Lite cannot read and write ID3 V2 tags.
DJ Mix Lite displays english only.
Ein wichtiges Bearbeitungsfeature fehlt dieser Software. Wird es in der naechsten Version implementiert?
Sorry, DJ Mix Lite is considered a mature product and will not evolve. But we are enhancing DJ Mix Pro every month.

Nein. DJ Mix Lite kann keine Audio-CD´s lesen.
Aber du kannst Daten-CD´s mit MP3 oder wav-files lesen. Ob es funktioniert, haengt im wesentlich von der Leistungsfaehigkeit deines CD Rom-Laufwerks ab - versuch es einfach einmal...
